Step 1: Open the CelcomDigi app on your device. Then tap on ‘Unlock CelcomDigi New Experience’ on the landing page.
Step 2: Enter your Celcom or Digi number and click ‘Request OTP’. Once you receive the OTP from 68886, enter it and click ‘Get Started’.
Step 3: For first-time login, setup your profile by entering your profile name and choose your profile picture. Then, tap ‘Next’ to continue.
Once you’re logged in or registered, you’re ready to explore the app!

Step 2: Tap ‘Logged in via SSO previously? Click here’ to log in with your social media account.
Step 3: Select your preferred social media account to log in.
Step 4: Tap ‘Continue’ to proceed logging in with your social media account, or ‘Cancel’ to stop the login process.
Step 5: For first-time login, enter your Celcom or Digi number to log in with your social media. Tap ‘Next’, and you will receive an OTP from 68882. Enter the OTP and click ‘Get Started’ to proceed.
Step 6: Setup your profile by entering your profile name and choose your profile picture. Then, tap ‘Next’ to continue.
Step 7: Follow the instructions given to verify your ID, then tap ‘Next’ to complete verification.
Step 8: Enable Face ID for quicker login in the future.
Once you’re logged in or registered, you’re ready to explore the app!
Step 1: On the app login page, tap on ‘Logged in via SSO previously? Click here’ to re-login with your social media account.
Step 2: Select your preferred social media account to log in.
Step 3: Tap ‘Continue’ to proceed logging in with your social media account, or ‘Cancel’ to stop the login process.
Step 4: You will be redirected to the CelcomDigi app homepage. And you’re ready to explore the app!
