5. How to subscribe or unsubscribe from Auto Reload service?
Follow these simple steps to subscribe/unsubscribe to Auto Reload:
Step 1: Login to CelcomDigi app
Step 2: On the homepage, click ‘View All’ under the ‘Your Essentials’ section, then select ‘Auto Reload’
Step 3: Toggle the ‘Monthly Auto Reload’ option
Step 4: Set your preferred monthly reload date and amount to complete the setup.
6. Can I select my preferred date and amount for Auto Reload?
Yes. You can choose the amount from RM5 to RM100 and select any date between 1st until 28th of the month. You can change the reload amount and date anytime and the Auto Reload will be effective on the new date.
