Unbind active session from your old device
Step 1: On your old device, under “My Profile” section, select “Manage Login Device”.

Step 2: Next, select “Unlink”.

Step 3: To unlink successfully, select “Confirm” on the confirmation prompt and perform biometric verification.

Step 4: Upon successful biometric verification, you will be redirected to the login screen, and you can now login using a different device.

Re-login to your account on your new device
Step 1: On login screen, select “Logged in via SSO previously? Click here”.

Step 2: Select the SSO method you have used to log in to the app previously.

Step 3: Complete the steps and you will be able to log in to your account.
