5. Which CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi plan is eligible for this offer?
The 24-month free Viu Premium access is available for all new CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi sign-ups from 18th December 2025. Please refer to the list of eligible plans here.
6. Is there a contract period for this offer?
Yes, the CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi plan comes with a 24-month contract. Early termination fees apply if you cancel your plan before the contract ends.
7. How do I sign up for this offer?
You can purchase a CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi plan at any of our CelcomDigi store. Please note that online device purchases are not eligible for this offer.
8. How long is the Viu Premium access valid?
Your Viu Premium access is valid for 24 months from the date of activation.

9. How do I redeem my free 24-month Viu Premium access?
Your Viu Premium subscription is automatically activated upon successful sign up of the CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi plan. For first time login, launch the Viu app or go to the Viu website and enter your CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi number.

10. What happens after the free 24-month Viu Premium ends?
Your Viu Premium access will end automatically. If you’d like to keep enjoying Viu Premium, you can subscribe directly through Viu at the current monthly price.
11. Can I transfer my Viu Premium access to someone else?
No, the offer is non-transferable and must be redeemed using the Home WiFi mobile number you registered with CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi plan.
12. What happens if I terminate my CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi?
If you cancel your CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi before the 24-month contract ends, an early termination fee will apply. Your free Viu Premium access will also be stopped immediately.
13. I am unable to login into my Viu Premium account. What should I do?
For login issues, please contact Viu for further assistance via their Whatsapp number +6017-9514048.
14. How do I reset my Viu Premium password for this subscription?
For password reset, please contact Viu via WhatsApp at +6017-951 4048 and select Option 6M for CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi Password Reset. You may be asked to provide proof of your 5G Home WiFi account before the reset can be completed.
