To ensure a smooth experience during the scheduled system upgrade, please pre-book your roaming passes and complete any purchases of internet add-ons or internet plans before scheduled system upgrade periods.

Step 1: On the CelcomDigi app homepage, click on ‘Roaming’.
Step 2: Choose a country and select your preferred roaming pass
Step 3: Tap the calendar icon to set your activation date, then click “Next” to complete the purchase.
Step 4: You can view the pre-booking via View All > Roaming Pre-booking > All Bookings
All other Celcom channels and services remain available as usual. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.
