Yes, it's available only to existing CelcomDigi Fibre subscribers who have active subscriptions of 300Mbps plans and above.
3. What internet speeds can I expect with CelcomDigi FTTR?
You can expect to get the same speed on FTTR as your current fibre plan.
4. How does CelcomDigi FTTR differ from Mesh WiFi?

No contract on CelcomDigi FTTR, however your CelcomDigi Fibre contract remains. There is a 24-month warranty, but please note that it does not cover customer negligence

11. How long is the installation time for CelcomDigi FTTR?
Installation time for 1+1 package ranges between 2 to 3 hours, factoring in setup complexity, connection optimization, and WiFi device reconfiguration at your location. Please expect longer installation time for FTTR 1+2 and FTTR 1+3.
12. What happens if I move or relocate CelcomDigi FTTR?
Relocation within the same premise: You can contact our customer support to schedule for installation at the new location. We will be using the existing Parent FTTR, Child FTTR, Splitter and Access Terminal Box (ATB). There will be charges for the new fibre optic cable and new installation charges also apply.
Relocation to another premise: If you need to relocate your FTTR to a different address, you will need to bring along Parent FTTR, Child FTTR, Splitter and Access Terminal Box (ATB). You can contact our customer service to schedule installation at your new premises. There will be charges for the new fibre optic cable and new installation charges also apply.
13. What happens if I want to cancel CelcomDigi FTTR. Will there be any penalties imposed?
If you wish to cancel your CelcomDigi FTTR, please liaise with our fibre experts through the WhatsApp number that you have been corresponding with. There is a cancellation fee of RM85.
