FAQ: CelcomDigi Disney Jr. Live On Tour Let's Play! ("Giveaway")

1. What is this campaign about?

CelcomDigi – Disney Jr. Live On Tour: Let’s Play! (“Giveaway”) offers eligible customers a chance to get a set of 4 complimentary tour tickets to watch “Disney Jr. Live On Tour: Let’s Play!” in Arena of Stars, Genting happening from the 29 August 2025 till 1 September 2025.

2. What is the giveaway for this campaign? 

Eligible CelcomDigi customers will a set of 4 complimentary musical tickets to watch “Disney Jr. Live On Tour: Let’s Play!”, on first-come, first-served basis

3. When is the campaign period?

The campaign is valid from 18 July 2025 – 29 July 2025.

4. How can I be eligible for the musical tickets? 

1. Subscribe to Disney+ Hotstar via one of the following: 

   • StreamMORE Add-On

   • SpeedSTREAM 

   • Postpaid One Ultra plan

2. Next, opt-in to the campaign: This can be done through the Showtime page on CelcomDigi Website

Note: The musical tickets will be granted to eligible customers on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. How do I opt in for the complimentary musical tickets?

To opt in for the musical tickets, go to “Disney Jr. Live On Tour: Let’s Play!” in CelcomDigi website, key in your full name, mobile number & click submit. 

Note: Clicking 'Submit' does not guarantee tickets, but gives you a chance to be eligible.

6. Is there a limit to the number of musical tickets?

Yes, there's a limit of 100 sets (400 tickets) available. So, be quick to opt-in for the complimentary tickets before they run out!

7. How do I know if I’m successful and how will I get my tour tickets?

You will be notified via push notification through WhatsApp within 14 working days after the end of the campaign.

Once you’ve received the message, kindly read the details carefully and present it to the event staff on the day of the show at Arena of Stars, Genting.  To ensure you receive your voucher code, please make sure to: Enable push notifications – This will alert you as soon as your tickets are ready.

8. Can I exchange or refund my musical tickets?

No. Musical tickets issued to participants are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

9. Can I change my musical tickets timeslot or tier?

No. Each musical ticket is assigned to a specific timeslot and tier, and changes to either are not permitted.
