2. CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY |
- Malaysians citizens with MyKad only (MyTentera IDs and foreigners are not eligible)
- Existing Digi subscribers: Change of plan Prepaid-to-Postpaid
- Non-Digi subscribers: Eligible customers must allow a Biometric thumb screen to be conducted during registration. The thumb screen must match to complete the sign-up. For credit card transactions: Note: Corporate individual and SME lines are not eligible for PhoneFreedom 365. |
3. DEVICE ADVANCE PAYMENT |
Device Advance Payment is ONLY applicable to those who are not eligible for the zero upfront feature. Customers may need to pay Device Advance Payment, subject to the customer’s eligibility.
