Note: If customer is a head of family and has a supplementary line, customer cannot purchase a device via PPJ/PF365 in DSO and need to walk-in to their nearest store to proceed.

Each Principal subscriber is allowed to sign-up for a maximum of six (6) supplementary lines per principal line. Subscribers can choose from Digi Postpaid Family plans.

2. CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY

- Both Malaysian citizens and foreigners are eligible.
- Existing Digi subscribers:

Change of plan (from non-contractual to contractual)
Prepaid-to-Postpaid (Prepaid credit up to RM100 will be carried forward and used to cover the bill for upcoming months)

- Non-Digi subscribers:

Port-in from other telcos
New line registration

3. SIGNING UP

Depending on the Digi Postpaid plan, subscribers can sign up by either:

Visit the nearest Digi Store, Digi Store Express, Digi Dealer, or
Digi Store Online*

4. ADVANCE PAYMENT

*Note: Subscribers who port-in via Digi Stores and existing Digi Postpaid customers with a tenure of more than 6 months are not required to pay a plan advance fee.

5. TERMINATION

Digi Postpaid 60: Flat fee of RM300 (inclusive of administration fee).

Digi Postpaid 90: [(RRP – Device Advance) / Contract Tenure] x the remaining number of months left to contract expiry

Upgrade Plan	Downgrade Plan
Penalty charges will not apply. Contract tenure will continue from the period of the upgrade.	Penalty charges/Early termination fee applies.
