Please ensure that your account is active with no outstanding bills before initiating the request. The request for a physical SIM replacement can only be made by the registered account owner, who must be present at the store with their NRIC.
SIM replacement can be done due to the following reasons:
To replace a faulty SIM card
To replace a faulty eSIM
To replace a SIM card due to lost and stolen
Charges
The following charges apply for a physical SIM replacement:
