5. Can foreigner subscribe to Device Bundle MEGA Postpaid?
Yes, foreigners can subscribe to Device Bundle MEGA Postpaid with a deposit payment of RM500 on top of the required upfront payment.
6. How much upfront payment for the Device Bundle MEGA Postpaid?
Upfront payment for the Device Bundle Program varies subject to plan and device.
7. Am I entitled for upfront payment waiver?
The total amount waived will be based on CTOS score.
8. Will the upfront payment be refunded?
No, however the upfront payment will be credited back to your bill in a period of 10 months. In the event of an early termination, any remaining balance from upfront payment shall be forfeited.
