1. Eligible Plans and Devices

2. Customer Eligibility

• Malaysian citizens with valid NRIC are eligible to sign up.

• Existing CelcomDigi subscribers: 

• Change of plan (from non-contractual to contractual)

• Prepaid-to-Postpaid (prepaid credit up to RM100 will be carried forward and used to cover the bill for upcoming months)

• Non-CelcomDigi subscribers: 

• Port-in from other telcos

• New line registration

3. Signing Up

For Celcom customer, you may walk-in to the nearest Celcom bluecube or Celcom Certified Partners nationwide.

For Digi customer, you may walk-in to the nearest Digi Stores, Digi Store Express and Digi Dealers to sign up for Pakej MegaJimat.

Termination Fee

If customer cancels or exits from a Pakej MegaJimat contract, eligible customer will be charged with an early termination fee based on the remaining monthly fee of the contract period.  

Termination fees are applicable to:

1. Early termination

2. Involuntary termination

3. Early renewal

4. Plan downgrade

Termination fee will not apply if customers upgrade their postpaid plan to a plan with a higher commitment value. However, kindly note that the Pakej MegaJimat contract tenure will continue on the new plan.
