3. Eligibility |
3.1 To enjoy this offer, you must have an active Celcom or Digi line. This means your line must be able to make and receive calls. 3.2 Please note that the offer is not available if you have any outstanding bills, or if your line has been suspended or deactivated by CelcomDigi. 3.3 For Prepaid users, please ensure that you maintain sufficient credit balance for WebSHIELD subscription and its continuous renewal. Failure to do so may result in unsuccessful renewal and cancellation of the protection service.

5. Un-subscription / Cancellation |
For Celcom Life App users | For MyDigi App users | Open the Celcom Life App Tap ‘Usage’, then ‘Local’ and ‘Internet’ Under ‘WebSHIELD’ click the 3 dots button next to ‘Auto Renew’ Tap ‘Turn Off Auto Renew’ to unsubscribe
| Open the MyDigi app. Tap the menu (side panel) button, then go to ‘Settings’ and ‘My Subscriptions’. Beside ‘WebSHIELD’, slide the blue toggle to grey to unsubscribe. Tap ‘Yes, unsubscribe’ to confirm and complete the process
