5. Data Utilisation Precedence |
Your mobile internet will be utilized based on the following precedence depending on the available internet buckets that you have at any point in time: Quota from any promotional freebies Quota from Internet add-on (one-time purchase) Quota from Internet add-on with contract (monthly recurring) Quota from base quota

Important Notes:
Any VAS and/ or OTT Mobile Content purchases e.g. Video Walla, Add On, Content (CMT/ Games/ Apps), IDD, Roaming, Airtime Share etc. are not included in the usage commitment policy and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective VAS and/ or OTT Mobile Content.
Any unutilized Internet allocation will be forfeited upon your new billing cycle month.
If you have fully utilized your allocated internet data, you can still enjoy Internet access at 64Kpbs up to 15GB.
Once you have fully utilized the free hotspot, it will be renewed in the next bill cycle.
All existing customers on MEGA plan including MEGA Family Line will not be automatically upgraded to the new offering. Upgrade to the new MEGA plans on your own via the available channels.
