As part of our continuous efforts to enhance services and deliver a better experience, customers with a bill date on the 28th will have it moved to the 26th of each month, starting October 2025.
Important Note:
Auto-billing: Your automatic payments will be adjusted accordingly. No action is required.
Manual or recurring payments: If you are paying manually or have an automated payment arrangements (e.g., auto-pay, bank deductions, GIRO), please be sure to update your payment date to the 26th of each month to avoid any service disruption.
However, please note that the bill statement dated 28 September 2025 for the usage from 28 August 2025 to 27 September 2025 remains unchanged and you may proceed with the necessary payment to avoid any service disruption. The new bill cycle/date visible in the Celcom Life/CelcomDigi app will only become effective on 26 October 2025.
