1. Why do I need a 3-day or a 7-day roaming pass?
With a 3-day or 7-day roaming pass, you no longer need to purchase a roaming pass every single day during your holiday. Your roaming pass can now last for a full 3 days (72 hours)/ 7 days (168 hours) upon activation.
2. Can I deactivate or activate my 3-day/ 7-day roaming pass at will, as they last longer now?
No, you canโt. After it is activated, your roaming pass will run continuously until it expires.
3. If I am going on a holiday for 4 days in Zone A countries, can I pre-purchase a 3-day pass and a 1-day pass?
As before, only one pass can be pre-purchased for each Roam Like Home Zone. The next pass can only be purchased when the first pass has been activated. For example, in this case, if you have pre-purchased the 3-day pass, you will have to wait for it to be activated first before you can purchase the 1-day pass.
4. Can I purchase Roam Like Home Zone A 3-day pass and Roam Like Home Zone B 3-day pass together?
Yes, you can. A Roam Like Home Zone A 3-day pass and Roam Like Home Zone B 3-day pass are two different passes.
5. I am going to Singapore today and the Philippines tomorrow. I have pre-purchased a Roam Like Home Zone A 1-day Pass and Roam Like Home Zone B 1-day Pass. How will my pass be activated?
Upon first usage of data/ voice/ SMS in Singapore, your Zone A roaming pass will be activated and will last for 24 hours. When you arrive in the Philippines tomorrow, your Zone B roaming pass will be activated upon first usage of data/ voice/ SMS.
6. I ran out of data when Iโm roaming, can I re-subscribe to a new base data plan?
Yes, you can. With Renew Anytime, you are now able to subscribe to a new base plan anytime, even if you just renewed moments ago. However, all the data/ voice/ SMS from your previous plan will be forfeited.
7. Can I use power pass while I roam?
No. Power passes are only available for domestic use.
