6. Is the Helo IDD Pass automatically renewed?

7. How are calls calculated under the Helo IDD Pass?
Calls are counted in 60-second blocks. Once the included IDD minutes are fully used, any additional calls will be charged at the standard pay-per-use IDD rates.
8. Can I use the new IDD Pass while Iām overseas?
No, the new IDD Pass is only valid for use within Malaysia and cannot be used when you are overseas.
9. Is the Helo IDD Pass applicable for all types of calls?
The Helo IDD Pass is applicable only for mobile and fixed lines. It does not support calls made to premium numbers, video calls, or satellite calls.
