FAQ: OPPO Find X9 Pro Pre-Order 12 Month VIU Premium One Time Pass

1. What is the 12M VIU Premium One Time Pass?

The 12M VIU Premium One Time Pass is an exclusive VIU Premium pass available only to customers who pre-order the OPPO Find X9 Pro 5G  during the official Pre-Order Campaign Period. It offers a one-time charge of RM49 for 12 months VIU Premium access & 5GB internet one-time pass.

2. When can I subscribe to this Pass?

The Pass is available exclusively during the OPPO Find X9 Pro 5G Pre-Order journey. You must select it at the point of Pre-Order; it will not be available later. Each customer is entitled to subscribe to only one 12M VIU Premium One Time Pass.

3. When is the Pass activated?

Once you selected the pass during the pre-order journey, it will be auto-activated for you within 14 working days from device delivery date. Once activated, you will receive an SMS confirmation.

4. I am already subscribed to StreamMORE Viu Premium Add-Ons. Am I still eligible for the 12M VIU Premium One Time Pass? 

Yes, you're eligible. Your existing StreamMORE Viu Premium Add-Ons subscriptionwill be automatically terminated and replaced with this new one. 

All you need to do is: 

Select "Yes" under the ‘12M VIU Premium One Time Pass’ consent toggle during the OPPO Find X9 Pro Pre-Order journey.

Note: This offer is only valid during the pre-order period from 30 October to 6 November 2025.

5. How long is the Viu Premium access valid?

Your Viu Premium access is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

6. How do I redeem my Viu Premium access?

You’ll receive a welcome SMS upon successful purchase of your Pakej MegaJimat device. 

7. What happens after the 12M VIU Premium One Time Pass expires?

Your Viu Premium access will automatically stop unless you choose to continue at the prevailing monthly rate via StreamMORE Viu Add-Ons.
