1. This is a 12-month contract offer that provides free roaming in the eligible countries listed above.

2. Upon subscription, the allocation quota will be credited every beginning of the billing cycle for use in the eligible countries. Unused internet quota will be forfeited.

3. If the allocated quota is fully utilized before the next billing cycle, data access will be blocked, voice will be charged at prevailing Pay-As-You-Use rates as published on the CelcomDigi website. To continue usage, you may purchase any Roaming Pass.

4. The 15-minute allocation offer applies to;

• Calls to Malaysia

• Calls within the roaming country

• Receiving calls while roaming

• Calls to other countries while roaming will be charged at the applicable Pay-As-You-Use rates.

IDD – 

FREE IDD minutes for 12 Months (Contract)

1. This is a 12-month contract offer that provides free IDD minutes to the eligible countries listed above.

2. Upon subscription, free IDD minutes will be credited every beginning of the billing cycle for use in the eligible countries. Unused minutes will be forfeited.

3. If the free minutes are fully used before the next billing cycle, additional calls will be charged at standard Pay-As-You-Use rates.
