The CelcomDigi Zootopia 2 campaign offers customers an opportunity to receive an exclusive Disney’s Zootopia 2 Treasure Box when they sign up for CelcomDigi One Ultra during the campaign period.
2. Who is eligible for this campaign?
Sign up for CelcomDigi One Ultra via any methods below at any CelcomDigi stores:
New Line Registration; or
Mobile Number Portability (MNP) Port-In; or
Change of Plan (Upgrade only); or
Prepaid to Postpaid (P2P) Conversion.
3. What is the merchandise for this campaign?
You will receive an exclusive Disney’s Zootopia 2 Treasure Box which consists of one (1) hoodie neck pillow, one (1) umbrella, one (1) pop socket and one (1) travel packing cube. Random design will be given out and there is no option to choose the design.
4. When is the campaign period?
The campaign period is valid from 20 November 2025 – 31 December 2025, or while stocks last.
5. How to redeem the Disney’s Zootopia 2 Treasure Box via CelcomDigi app?
Step 1: Download the CelcomDigi App.
Step 2: Click the “For You” tab and go to the “Partner Deals For you” section.
Step 3: Select the “Zootopia 2” banner and click “Claim Now”.
Step 4: Fill in your delivery address and click “Submit”.
Step 5: The Disney’s Zootopia 2 Treasure Box will be delivered within 7 to 20 working days from the day of successful redemption.
6. I am already on CelcomDigi One Ultra prior to this Campaign launch. Am I eligible to the merchandise?
No, this campaign is only open to new subscribers who sign up for CelcomDigi One Ultra at a CelcomDigi Store between 20 Nov and 31 Dec 2025.
7. I am a Prepaid customer. Am I eligible for Disney’s Zootopia 2 Treasure Box?
Yes, but you will need to upgrade your plan to CelcomDigi One Ultra to be eligible for the Disney’s Zootopia 2 Treasure Box.
8. Can I choose the design of the merchandise for the Disney’s Zootopia 2 Treasure Box?
No. A random design will be provided, and there is no option to choose. Due to limited quantities, the merchandise will be distributed to eligible customers on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
9. Can I exchange the merchandise?
No. The merchandise is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for other items. This merchandise is of limited quantity and will be given out to eligible customers on first-come-first-served, while stocks last.
10. I can’t view the redemption banner on CelcomDigi app. What should I do?
You must be an eligible customer for the redemption banner to be visible to you. If you are eligible and unable to view it, please refresh the page or log out and log back into your CelcomDigi app.
