Eligibility
All Celcom and Digi Postpaid users with eligible VoLTE device model.
Activate VoLTE
VoLTE will be activated automatically when your smartphone is connected to the 4G LTE network. Please ensure that your smartphone is updated to the latest software. Then, follow these steps to activate VoLTE:
iOS
Go to 'Settings' > 'Mobile Data' > 'Mobile Data Options' > Enable 4G > Select 'Voice and Data'.
To check if VoLTE is enabled: Go to 'Settings' > 'General' > 'About' > tap on 'Network Provider' > it will change to 'IMS Status: Voice & SMS'
Android
If the device is VoLTE certified, it will turn on automatically
Please refer to device manufacturer for further information
Charges
No additional charges to use VoLTE. You just have to pay the normal voice tariff fees as per your plan.
Data Utilization
VoLTE service does not consume your existing mobile Internet quota.
Roaming on VoLTE
VoLTE is available while roaming.
