Step 1: On your CelcomDigi app homepage, click on ‘Roaming’.
Step 2: Choose the country for which you want to buy the roaming pass.
Step 3: Select your preferred roaming pass.
Step 4: Tap the calendar icon to set your activation date. Select Activate Now to start immediately or schedule a start date (up to 14 days in advance). Then, tap Next to complete your purchase.
Step 5: Subscription successful!
How to cancel my pre-booked roam pass?
Step 1: Open your Pre-Booking page, find the pass you want to cancel, and click ‘View Pass’ to see its details.
Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom of the pass details, then click ‘Cancel Pass’ to proceed.
Step 3: When the confirmation pop-up appears, click ‘Confirm’ to complete the cancellation.
Step 4: Your pass has been successfully cancelled.
Step 5: To double-check, go to your Pre-Booking page and confirm the pass is no longer active.
