1. Who is eligible for the free 1-month PhoneCARE "Swap & Replace" plan?
Customers who purchase new device in-store with Easy360 or Pakej MegaJimat and opt in for the PhoneCARE Swap & Replace Plan during campaign period (2nd December 2025 – 12th January 2026) are eligible.
2. Will I still need to make monthly payments for the PhoneCARE "Swap & Replace" plan?
Yes. Where applicable, the regular monthly subscription fee for PhoneCARE will still apply.
3. How will the free 1 month PhoneCARE rebate appear on my bill?
The rebate will appear as “Payment Via M-1” on your monthly bill, with each month’s rebate credited within 60 days.
4. What if I prefer the PhoneCARE "Swap" plan?
You may choose the PhoneCARE Swap plan, however, it is not part of the free 1 month offer and will be charged at the usual rate upon receiving your new device.
5. When will my PhoneCARE plan be activated?
Your PhoneCARE plan will be activated within 6 days of receiving your new device.
If your device gets accidentally damaged during this period, don't worry, you're still eligible to make a claim on the SR Portal.
If you're switching from an existing PhoneCARE plan, the new plan will also take up to 6 days to activate after termination.
6. What will happen after the free 1-month PhoneCARE ends?
Your PhoneCARE monthly subscription will be charged to bill from 2nd month onwards.
