4. How does this Mega Add-Ons work?
It is a 12-month contract with monthly recurring charges (RM35).
80GB roaming quota + 15 mins voice refresh at the start of every billing cycle.
The 15-minute allocation covers calls to Malaysia, calls within the roaming country, and incoming calls while roaming; calls to any other countries will be charged at Pay-As-You-Use rates.
Unused quota is forfeited at the end of the cycle.
If you finish the 80GB before renewal, data access will be blocked until you buy a roaming pass.

6. How will I know when the Add-Ons is activated?
You will receive a successful activation notification once the subscription is active.
7. What happens if I want to terminate early or after 12 months?
If you terminate or downgrade your Postpaid plan before the 12-month contract period is over, an early termination fee will apply. Even if you keep your current Postpaid plan but choose to cancel the Mega Add-On before the 12-month contract ends, the early termination fee still applies.
The Mega Add-Ons early termination fee is calculated as follows: Monthly Price for Mega Add-Ons Roaming x Remaining months in your contract.
