MobileSHIELD, powered by F-Secure, is an endpoint security solution that safeguards your device and personal information. It offers protection across security, scam, identity, and privacy threats to ensure complete digital safety.

Device Protection:
For Android: Blocks harmful apps before they can cause damage — even those sideloaded from outside the app store. For iOS: Protects your device by keeping your iOS up to date and screen locked. Alerts you if your OS is outdated or if your screen lock isn't set — and guide you to fix it fast.
Chrome / Safari Protection:
Blocks dangerous websites and fake links, so you can browse with confidence.
2.2 Scam Protection
Banking & Online Shopping Protection: Indicates safety label when you’re on legitimate online banking and shopping online sites, ensuring your transactions are safe.
SMS Protection (iOS only):
Smart AI detects scam and phishing SMS to keep you safe. Risky SMS are automatically filtered into your junk folder, protecting you in the background.
WiFi Protection (Android only): Keeps you safe on public and home WiFi by checking if the network you’re connected to is secure — alerts you if it’s unsafe or compromised. 2.3 Identity Protection Identity Monitoring: Monitors your personal info (like emails, phone numbers, credit cards, and passports) and alerts you instantly if they’re found on dark web, so you can act fast to protect your identity.
Password Vault: Securely stores your passwords, PINs, and other sensitive info. Access it on both iOS and Android — just log out on one device and log in on another.
2.4 Privacy Protection Privacy VPN: Encrypts your internet connection and hides your IP address – keeping your online activity private, secure, and anonymous, even on public WiFi.

3. Eligibility |
3.1 MobileSHIELD Add-on
3.1.1 To enjoy this offer, you must have an active CelcomDigi, Celcom or Digi line. This means your line must be able to make and receive calls.
3.1.2 Please note that the offer is not available if you have any outstanding bills, or if your line has been suspended or deactivated by CelcomDigi.
3.1.3 For Prepaid users, please ensure that you maintain sufficient credit balance for MobileSHIELD subscription and its continuous renewal. Failure to do so may result in unsuccessful renewal and cancellation of the protection service.
3.1.4 This offer shall be applicable to Postpaid subscribers on following rate plans:

4.1 For Celcom Life App users Click Add-Ons Click Lifestyle and Security Select MobileSHIELD Click on the price button to subscribe Click Confirm Subscription
4.2 For MyDigi App users Select Buy Add-Ons Select Lifestyle, then Security icon Select MobileSHIELD Click on price button to subscribe Click Confirm Subscription
4.3 Alternatively, you may visit any CelcomDigi store and request assistance to subscribe to WebMobileSHIELD.

5. Un-Subscription / Cancellation |
5.1 For Celcom Life App users Open the Celcom Life App Tap ‘Usage’, then ‘Local’ and ‘Subscription’ Select ‘MobileSHIELD’ and tap ‘Unsubscribe’ Tap ‘Yes, unsubscribe’ to complete un-subscription
5.2 For MyDigi App users
Open the MyDigi App Tap ‘Buy Add-ons’, then ‘Lifestyle’ and ‘My Subscriptions’ Select ‘MobileSHIELD’ and tap ‘Unsubscribe’ Tap ‘yes, unsubscribe’ to complete un-subscription
Note: If you’re on MobileSHIELD with 12-month contract, early termination will incur a reducing penalty fee based on the remaining months of the contract (E.g. If 5 months remain, penalty = RM4 × 5 = RM20). Upon contract cancellation, your MobileSHIELD subscription will be cancelled. |
