Your port-out request might not be successful due to one or more of these reasons:
You still have outstanding overdue bills
You are still on contract with CelcomDigi
You have supplementary lines, and you did not port-out all of them
Your current line is not the principal line
Your identification details are incorrect/ incomplete (Name, NRIC/ Passport Number, Mobile Number, Police/ Army ID, etc.)
For a smooth port-out process, we advise you to ensure all the above are in order before reattempting.
