The final bill is generated at the point of time when port-out request has been received by CelcomDigi. The final bill will include the monthly fee (pro-rated), add on chargeable services, chargeable usage, and any other outstanding amounts (excluding penalty charges).
Subscribers are required to make payment within 2 hours upon receiving the port-out SMS. Timely payment is necessary to proceed with the port-out process. The bill can only be viewed via the link provided within the SMS from Celcom or Digi.

“Hi! Your current amount due is RM<hotbill amount>. To complete your port-out request, please pay within 2hrs. Search “HOTBILL” on CelcomDigi website to pay.”
