Starting 13th October 2023 (Celcom) and 22nd February 2024 (Digi), new registrations will no longer have voicemail enabled by default.

To subscribe to voicemail service, you may submit your request via this enquiry form or contact customer service for assistance.

Voicemail Charges

Voicemail charges are outlined below, applicable for all CelcomDigi, Celcom and Digi subscribers.

Voicemail Subscription	FREE
Voicemail Retrieval (Domestic)	RM0.30/min

Note: When you are roaming, checking or leaving voicemail will be considered as received and outbound calls, and you will be charged accordingly. For details on roaming call charges, please refer here.

How to Retrieve Voicemail Messages

For Celcom and CelcomDigi subscribers who are on Celcom network, dial 1313.
For Digi and CelcomDigi subscribers who are on Digi network, dial 121.
