What Are Internet Subscriptions?
Internet subscriptions are optional data packages that you can purchase to get additional Internet quota on top of your existing plan. They help you stay connected when your base data is running low.
Types of subscriptions:
1. One-Time Pass
Validity: Fixed (For example: 1 day/7 Days / 30 Days)
Purchase: Made only when you need extra data.
No automatic renewal: Once the pass expires, it does not renew unless you re-subscribe.
Usage: After you fully utilize the quota or the validity ends, the pass stops.
2. Recurring (Auto-Renew) Pass
Validity: Monthly (or according to the pass design)
Auto-Renewal: Yes
For postpaid: the pass will renew automatically every billing or subscription cycle.
For prepaid: your monthly auto-renewal Internet pass will only be renewed if you have sufficient main credit balance in your account. If your balance is insufficient, the pass will not renew, you will need to reload first.
Cancellation: You need to cancel it to stop further renewals.
Charge: Billed automatically (for example, from your prepaid balance, postpaid bill, etc.)
3. How Quota Is Used / Deducted?
Your Internet usage will be deducted from your add-on quota first (if available), followed by your base plan quota.
4. Subscribing to Passes / Add-Ons
You can easily subscribe to Internet Passes or Add-Ons using:
CelcomDigi App, Celcom Life App, or MyDigi App
By dialing the USSD Code *118#
5. Can I subscribe to more than one add-on at the same time?
Yes, you may have both One-Time Passes and Recurring Passes active at the same time.
Confirming Your Add-on Purchase:
6. How do I confirm that my add-on purchase was successful?
You can confirm your add-on purchase through the CelcomDigi App:
A confirmation screen will appear right after your purchase.
You will receive an SMS notification confirming the subscription.
Your new quota and validity will be reflected under Usage or Add-Ons in the app.
7. How do I check if my add-on is a One-Time Pass or a Recurring Pass?
In the CelcomDigi App:
Go to Add-Ons or Subscriptions
One-Time Passes will show a fixed validity date and no renewal indicator
Recurring Passes will show:
“Auto-Renew” label or renewal date
Next renewal cycle or next charge date
If the pass displays the “Unsubscribe” option, it is a Recurring Pass.
8. How to unsubscribe Recurring Passes?
You can cancel recurring passes by dialing the USSD Code *118# or via CelcomDigi App.
When you unsubscribe: There is no pro-rated refund. You will keep the Internet quota or entitlement (like streaming access) until the end of the current subscription cycle.
For bundle passes (e.g. iQIYI, Viu): once canceled, your access continues until your current validity ends.
